I just read an article suggesting that oligofructose and curcumin supplements could be helpful.

Is anyone taking these already?

Like many of these articles, “we still lack clinical trials” would be the bit I focus mostly on.

Could be helpful for what? There is absolutely no context to the OP or the screenshot

I take curcumin, but in a liquid form with frankincense and vitamin C blended. It tastes vile, so I mix it in with a bit of sugar-free squash. It works better than ibuprofen, as I have an issue with my kidneys, so I won't use ibuprofen. It's not in the UK yet. I also take Forzet https://mbk.life/ and Willpowders MCT and collagen daily in my breakfast tea daily https://www.willpowders.com/
Forzet is clinically validated, but unfortunately Willpowders isn't, but I see a difference in my nails, and MCT is good for the brain (I hope).

I've just re-read your comment - if you are at a plateau, take Forzet as it builds muscle. They say muscle loss slows metabolism, which is common. And why people plateau. Muscle is what keeps your metabolism running.

I haven’t tried either myself, but I’d be interested to hear from anyone who has. I’d probably check with a pharmacist or prescriber before adding supplements alongside MJ

There are lots of expensive supplements popping up and trying to take cash out of the wallets of GLP1 users, they even appear on this forum pretending to be posters. Unless there is clinical independent evidence save your money, or spend it on better quality food, exercise where you can or even clothes!
