Meal inspiration and weight/exercise tracker!

Hello all!
I currently use the free version of MyFitnessPal but it is terrible with logging exercises! The journey for me is about better habits and my work outs are a part of that. I also love data/tracking/patterns so was wondering what apps everyone else uses to track meals/workout/weight. Preferably a free one but I dont mind a few quid a month. Particularly for workouts as can stick with MFP if needed for meals etc. Apps need to be available in the UK

Also struggling to eat, esp protein, so any meal ideas/inspiration is most welcome!

I have been using Nutrackeck the last few months (I paid for it). It’s very handy and quick to add calories. Has a lot of exercise options to add in. I find it better than MFP.

I’ve been using nutracheck for two years and will continue for another year whilst I’m consolidating my 30kg weight loss. It’s very easy to use and I much prefer it to MFP.

I have signed up for NutraCheck!

I was also going to recommend nutracheck!
For logging exercise, the strong app or the hevy app are both simple to use and decent.

I’m also using Nutracheck

I use Nutracheck for calorie tracking and Hevy for workout tracking
