Medexpress dispatch Issues

Has anyone else had any issues with Med Express?

I used them previously from Aug 2024-Feb 2025 they were fantastic no issues. I then had to stop for surgery which didn't go as planned but that's another story.

I went back end of May this year first order was fine. Second order they asked for photographs again even though id supplied them a month previous. My BMI was 39 when I started so I'm not sure how they thought Id get down in a month 😂

This month I ordered on 18th and still nothing! After several online chats and phonecalls I finally got to speak to someone on Friday who promised due to the delay a replacement should be dispatched that day. Still no dispatch and today the call said it might be another 2/3 days before it's sent.

I honestly could cry. I am getting nowhere with them. They seem to think they're doing me a favour rather than me paying them £193 on 18th for something I haven't received.

How frustrating. I used to use MedExpress and I found them very reliable. Maybe they are having a bit of a blip? I now use Swift Doctor and so far so good, my first order was approved in less than 12 hours!

That's so odd. I just went back to medexpress because they offered me 25pc off and had no problem.

It's really weird. They were excellent previously.

I think I'll be shopping around next month.

They never passed their GPhC inspection in Nov 25 and again in Apr 26 so it’s likely they are working on “improving” their checks to meet GPhC standards which might possibly be the reason behind some service issues.

I've been with them since May 2025 and never had a problem. I ordered last week and received 2 days later.
My pen was 7.5 and it had been 7 weeks gap. I received 15% discount for no apparent reason!

Interesting. I wonder if people have stopped using them because of that. I also wonder if that's why I got a 25pc discount email last week, saving me £70!

I don't mind the checks really Iwhat am annoyed about paying on 18th and still not having received it. It's been agreed and accepted and marked as dispatched but no dispatch email or record of the post office receiving it.

They keep telling me to wait a few more days 🙄.

Yes me! Although mine has been delayed as they asked for more photos which I provided online but they didn’t pass the checks so had to email them in. got an email from them today to apologise for the delays and they will be In touch soon…

Actually I said mine went through ok but I forgot that there was a hiccup. I had to send a photo of my last pen box because it wasn't from medexpress. I sent it but my account kept saying that they are waiting for me to do something. I had a couple of days of chatting to someone online about it and sending them the photo again, but then it all went through.
Keep trying the online chat and asking to speak to a real person.

@MoneyJo i have they all tell a different story. I just want what was paid for on 18th it's getting silly.

Yes it's terrible. I'm really surprised at them. I ordered three different pens at different times and always got a smooth delivery (once the glitch this time was sorted) but I wonder if they have hit financial problems due to their inspection outcomes.

I've always received it within 2 to 3 days of ordering.
