Has anyone experienced bladder leakage on mounjaro?

No. Never even heard of it as a possibility.

Actually maybe…watching here with interest.
Post menopausal and routinely using Vagifem pessaries. (They have a positive effect on oestrogen receptors in the bladder and therefore improve bladder function)….but seems to be less effective recently - and I've been puzzled.

It has fixed my urge incontinance!

You don't mention how long you've been on MJ, how much you've lost or how fast. I certainly haven't experienced this after over a year.

The only reason I can imagine how this would happen is that holding pee in is controlled by muscles, and therefore if someone lost weight too fast without adequate protein it could be affected like any other muscle group.

I would say mine is better than before. I think losing some excess weight has helped as not as much pressure, plus I have been downing the pumpkin seeds too!

Hi, I am curious about how? I have the same issue but find when I eat a bit more 1200-1500 calorie or eat fiber the urge incontinence is back on. Thanks

I have noticed a decline in both stress and urge incontinence, I don’t know if it’s the mounjaro or the 9 stone weight loss.

My bladder capacity seems to have increased massively compared to when I was 4st 5lbs larger and I can hold it for hours longer now. I don't wake up during the night at all now needing the toilet.

Not leakage or incontinence but definitely loss of sensation when urinating. I drink plenty and have noticed when passing urine I can no longer really feel a heavy stream sensation, and find it hard to tell when it has stopped flowing. A few times I have gone to wipe and got wet fingers. It’s very noticeable to me but not causing issues. I hope it doesn’t become a problem.
