Irritability on the jabs as a side effect

Has anyone noticed persistent irritability and shortness of temper as a side effect of the jabs? Struggling with this currently alongside loss of libido and interested to hear if it has happened to others.

No, in fact I feel more chill and level on them. I have read of them almost acting as a mild antidepressant and that has been my experience so I'm interested to hear if others have had a more negative experience.

No neither symptoms and Ive been on them for two years.

No I’ve actually found my PMT has reduced on MJ. Could it be hormonal?

I’m struggling with it in my DH! Maybe that would have been a pertinent point to include in op but I hadn’t considered it may be gender specific. He has gone from being pretty chill to pretty spiky, and generally up for sex at any time to no interest at all. I want to support him but I’m not finding the changes ideal.

Oh interesting, I don’t know. Could it be an indirect SE if he’s not eating well? Is he lacking energy? Exercising?

He is exercising lots, but that’s normal for him. He has added in more weight training to help reduce muscle loss but that’s the only change there. He has lost a lot of weight quickly, 3 stone in 3 months so could it be food related? He is mainly eating chicken breast and salad for dinner and claims to be doing the same for lunch although I obviously don’t see that

That’s very fast weightloss, more than a kilo a week over a sustained period, so he needs to be super careful about his nutrition whether or not that’s the problem.

Like @MoneyJo i actually find MJ rather soothing.

I definitely have noticed that I feel low in mood for 2-3 days after having the injection. It took a few months for me to realise the pattern.
