Insomnia

Has anybody experienced acute insomnia on injection days? I literally spend all night awake but only on the day of injection. No other side effects. Am I strange or is this normal?

I am definitely 'wired' for want of a better word for the days after the jab.

I had insomnia for the first few weeks but it wore off luckily. How long have you been on the jags?

Just three weeks but have not slept at all the night of the injections. I can’t go on missing sleep as it impacts my bipolar and I don’t want to end up back on a section through lack of sleep. Dithering about what to do.

Could you get some melatonin for those jag nights? I get the 10mg gummies from Biovea.
