How to get MJ when no prescription for months

been on MJ for 2 years and stock piled when prices went up. Never went over 7.5mg for loss but bought 15mg pens to get the most for my money!
coming to the end of this stock and haven’t had a prescription since last November so know I have to order 2.5mg first. Who will prescribe with over 6 months with no prescription???
