What to do about holiday?

I’m on mounjaro 5mg only moved up 2 weeks ago, I go on holiday in 3 weeks, I normally inject on a Thursday evening.
I have been have some nausea and diarrhoea on the Friday, Saturday, the last 2 weeks.
I fly out Friday night for holiday, should I take my injection maybe Wednesday to help the side effects?
i am also not planning on taking it with me, so will be able 8/ 9 days between doses.

When do you come back?

I just stuck to my usual routine and took the pen with me but I haven't had any side effects so that wasn't an issue.

I would see what happens over the next couple of weeks, the symptoms you’re having may die down by then and it won’t be an issue to carry on with your normal routine.

I would just take less, 3mg maybe? It seems like the jump to 5 is the issue.

I would move down a dose for your holiday week and then go back up again afterwards.

I’ve had to move down from 12.5mg back to 10 for my own holiday this week as I can’t risk feeling rough on holiday.
