So today’s the day when I hit normal bmi after a year on WLI.

want to lose maybe another half a stone or so but like seeing normal and not overweight or obese on my app

Well done! You must feel so proud of yourself? It’s no easy task.

I’ve been trying to get to 9 stone 10 to be in normal BMI but can’t get past 10s6! Don’t want to up my dose as I’m titrating down to stop so I can start TTC soon

it seems to take me a few weeks to break the stone barrier so going 13-12 then 12-11 and so on but this week just tipped in to the 8 so and welcomed 24.7 bmi and 4 stone loss. Bit more to go but super proud of myself as we all should be

Well done! It took me 9 months to go from 13st 7 BMI 36.6, to 9st 2 BMI 25. It’s an absolutely amazing milestone. I’m now maintaining at 19 and I’ve never been happier.

Well done you. I was similar. It took me a year ish to get from 12 stone 9 to 8 stone 4 and be a healthy bmi. I’m maintaining now and have stayed on 2.5 of Mounjaro.

I am on 10mg but this is my last 10 and I’ll start to come down to work on maintaining. Heading in to thinner girl (with wobbly bits) era😂
