Splitting Wegovy doses due to side effects and reducing gradually

I am struggling with side effects on 0.5 but have the 1mg pen on its way. I’ve decided to reduce dose and then come off. Can I estimate the dose and administer myself? Thank you

I used MJ but I'm pretty sure I've read on here that you can count clicks and reduce the dose on Wegovy too. If nobody else replies try a search in this section on Wegovy counting clicks.

You can count clicks, but the issue would be how long since the pen is first used. The prescribers say 4 weeks, I've read when it's prescribed on NHS (for diabetes) they say up to 8 weeks. Not sure I'd risk going beyond that.
