I have 3 jabs (5mg) left and I’ve lost 40lb since starting in December 25.
I have never gone past 7.5mg and I’m 7lb of my goal weight but I’m not terribly bothered by that. I have a BMI of 23 and have been tracking my calories at around 1400 per day throughout the last 6 months. I also do 3/4 gym classes a week which I plan to continue.
Im 44 and weigh 147lb, goal 140lb but like I said I’m not stressing about that, would love to carry on losing but also not to bothered if I can maintain at 147lb. I’m back in a size 10 so I’ll take that.
Continuing isn’t an option, I can’t afford it.

I'm not at maintenance yet but in your shoes I would spend a tenner on some extra needle tips and taper down with your last 3x5mg.

Maybe a couple of weeks at 3mg and then down to 2.5/2. You're supposed to reduce as slowly as you climb doses.

Definitely recommend titrating down. I used insulin needles to extract lower doses before coming off. Would not recommend cold turkey, it is quite hard.

For me, it is routine plus consistency. I eat similar meals most days e.g. yoghurt for breakfast, omelette for lunch, protein veg and rice whatever for tea. I have things like fruit or baby bell for snacks, and I’m mindful about what I’m putting in my body really. I exercise every day: weight training three times a week, run three times a week swim and spin once a week. But I built this up over time and it is very much part of my routine now. I walk a hell of a lot as well.

I lost over five stone for context, and have maintained a size 10 BMI 23 for 4 months now.

I'm wondering whether you might find the book which was launched yesterday, useful? I cover choosing when and how to stop. The clue to the title is in my username and it's available on Amazon. I am on social media as Helen Bligh GLP1 Health
