How can you tell?

Looks like 5mg and 12.5mg are all new pens. 2.5mg and 10mg old pens and currently it’s 7.5mg that’s being switched over.

Do you know about 15mg please?

I use MedExpress 2.5mg - old style pen. 5mg - new style pen. 7.5mg - old style pen.

My 12.5 are still old style. Bought from SwiftMedi

im using 5mg but only doing 36 clicks for 3mg, will I be able to do a 5th dose with a new one?

IQ Doctor 5s are new style. I can't find anywhere with old 5s!

I get mine from Oushk, 10mg still contained the extra dose (I don’t use it, hate the syringe, I did it once during the chaos last August when I couldn’t get hold of another pen but it was horrible!), have just placed a new order for a new pen coming next week, will report back.

My 10mg pens from oushk have all been old style. You can also tell from expiry date as well as the pen itself. There were many posts and threads on reddit saying all expiry dates upto April 27 were old pens. Not sure how accurate that is but I've just had a 10mg April 27 pen delivered wednesday and it's old style. You basically just have to take a chance and see.
@Theolittle of course you'll get 8 doses from an old style pen or at least 6 from new pen because you are doing less clicks. This refers more to standard doses.

I used pharmacy2u and all pens I've had are still with golden dose: 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10.

According to the Reddit thread no one has had a new style 15mg pen yet .

Phew - my 15mg received this morning from IQ Doctor was old style with expiry date May 27

The new 15mg pens have been reported on Reddit from Lotus, The Family Chemist, Bolt and Oxford Online Pharmacy in the last few days if you see the link I posted above.

New style 15mg pen received today from Medicine Marketplace :(

Old style 7.5mg from Bolt, delivered today.

My swift dr ones are old ones but I’ve not been able to force the pen for my last 2.
