Mounjaro cheaper supplier recommendations - BMI near 25

I've been with Oushk the whole time for 18 months and 3st loss but I'm on 12.5mg and it's expensive. I can see there are cheaper options and my husband is likely to start taking it too so the cost will be higher!

Does anyone have a recommendation for a cheaper supplier who is also a good bet when I do get to maintaining? I'm now BMI 25 and basically on a long plateau. I've looked at the Monj site.

Tried Pharmulous but I couldn't seem to upload the video evidence they wanted, and the application form kept crashing. I do like that you can choose the delivery day with Oushk.

Thanks!

I currently use Swift Doctor, who I’ve had no problems with. I’m also stuck on BMI 25 on a long plateau!

I know people use Pharmulous and not seen anyone have problems with the website, so it’s a shame it’s not working for you at the moment. Medicine Market Place is usually one of the cheapest but I don’t know what they’re like in terms of maintenance.

Im on my 4th pen with pharmalous joined them at bni 21.5 and not had to do a video for them. Just pics.. can you just skip the video, think its optional.

Why on earth are you taking a weight loss drug when your BMI is so low?

Bang in the middle of the healthy range, so I suspect it's for maintenance?

I just switched from Oushk to Pharmalous a couple of months ago but I see you've had a problem with the website. They've been very good so worth trying again. I had a bit of trouble filming the video, took me several tries but got there in the end. They've been very reliable with my 2 deliveries so far and quick to respond to my query about maintenance. They're also quite a bit cheaper than Oushk. (And I got fed up of the constantly changing maintenance charges at Oushk, couldn't keep up with it). You don't have to do anything special with Pharmalous, just put a note on your consultation form so they can see you're in maintenance.
The other one I looked into which has great reviews is Swift. They're also good for maintenance.

Thanks I'll look at Swift and may try again with Pharmulous.

@Oceangrey I also moved from Oushk to Swift Doctor a few months back.

Their prices are not much different once you take off the Oushk £25 discount for maintenance, but found them much simpler to deal with.

No maintenance plans to sign up for and pay for
No 3 month video weigh ins
Just provide evidence when ordering
They do occasional £5/£10 off
If you have a maintenance call (£30) with them you get £10 off every pen
You can stop ordering for up to 12 months - email them in advance and let them know what your plans are (Oushk charge £15/month for this to "stay on the books" 🙄)
I listened to their first facebook live Q&A the other day and it was good. With Dr Bano, very professional (and less giggly!) Seems very approachable.

From a finance point of view I am buying pens every 6 weeks, using for 8 weeks so a stock pile is building up. Plan is to stop ordering for a few months at some point to use the stock up, before restarting.

@Username19893847477374 cos I started taking it when my bmi was 36 and obese. Im coming down the strengths now cos I dont want to stop cold turkey, its better to come off slow.

Ineedanewsofa · 01/07/2026 10:32

I switched to Farmeci at BMI 22.5, took about 10 days and quite a bit of back and forth to get it approved but no issues since, reorder and delivery have been smooth and quick

toomanycoffeecups · 01/07/2026 11:28

@Ineedanewsofa It you were BMI 36 (clinically obese - same as me at the start) I would be think long and hard before deciding to stop. If like me you needed to go up the doses to the top in order to keep losing then you have significant insulin resistance and no matter how you have made new habits - it’s impossible to overcome insulin resistance and the overwhelming hunger associated to it. I would come down the doses to where you plateau and maintain there for me that’s 7.5 others can maintain on 5, stopping will mean almost guaranteed weight gain according to all of the recent studies .

morbidcuriosity · 01/07/2026 11:47

Ive been on 10mg for over a year now, reached this weight on 10. Highest i went. Im trying a pen of 7.5 to see. If not I will go back to 10. And if it works I will try 5 but I am going to take it slow. Prob do a couple 7.5 before I try lower though.

Sorry, that's on me as when you said 4th pen, I thought you meant ever. But now see you mean with that supplier. I'll get back in my box! Sorry. You've done very well!
