Multivitamins?

Hi, I started Mounjaro two weeks ago on Monday for weight loss and diabetes. The first week I had a pattern of hardly eating anything one day, then pigging out the next. When I took my second dose this past Monday I felt sick for days and have hardly eaten anything. The general nausea wore off a day or two ago but I found whenever I did eat, I felt sick afterwards. I was worried about not getting the right nutrients so bought some multivitamins. However, upon reading the packet it says to consult your health care provider if you are on any prescribed medication, so I haven't taken any yet. Is this something they put on the packet to cover themselves? Do you think it is safe to just take them, or do you think I need to talk to a health care provider first? They are just your standard multivitamins, nothing fancy.

They're just multivits. Take them, don't overthink it.

Thanks. 🙂But unfortunatley I've already overthought it and filled out an econsult. 😅I am on a lot of medication so just in case. I appreciate your reply though.
