Should I delay my dose

Due to increase my dose tonight to 5mg. Had a bad day food wise and feeling quite full. Wondering if I should delay my injection until tomorrow to stop bad side effects from today’s food choices.

Think that’s a good idea from what I read

Too late for yesterday, but I wouldn't personally delay an injection just because I'd had a bad day and felt full.

I've delayed mine by a day before when I wasn't feeling quite right, and it didn't cause me any issues 🙂 Personally, I'd rather inject when I'm feeling comfortable than worry about making side effects worse. Listen to your body 💛
