Wegovy experiences

Hey everyone.
Cut a long story short I was on Mounjaro in 2024 lost 4 stone relatively quickly ended up with gallstones and had a baby since then.
I had maintained my weight loss even throughout pregnancy. I had my gallbladder out 3 months ago and I am now piling on the pounds.
Food noise is horrendous and I spend most of my day thinking about how I’m going to get back to where I was before and still succumbing to food cravings.
I would love to start on Mounjaro again but it’s just not feasible with the costs. I have noticed wegovy is far cheaper - has anyone had a success with this? I am just worried I’ll waste my money as I found mounjaro so good as it stopped the food noise and from what I’ve read wegovy is inferior in this respect.
If anyone has their own experience to share I’d be grateful.
Thanks everyone

I tried it when prices went up for mounjaro. Worst thing I ever did- was vomiting constantly, off work for 2 days and it just didn’t work!
I know people who have used it successfully so it might suit you better but I think it’s a horrible drug.

I think it's very individual. I'm early on with wegovy, but I've had appetite suppression from the start and no obvious side effects. For me the suppression is just enough to stick to the healthy eating I was trying to do all along, it's not the constantly full/can't eat anything that a lot of people seem to experience on mounjaro.
