I was with cloud, but think I’m moving to my London pharmacy, cloud got really weird last month, so I ordered from my London as well, cloud wanted a conf call and basically accused me of lying about my weight, it was incredibly odd. Ultimately another pharmacist approved but it left a really bad taste in my mouth, I’ve been with them a long time, and in maintenance a long time, my weight is stable and I don’t look any different in the images I submitted from the last ones.
I do recall seeing fhe same from another poster on here about cloud doing this, and she moved as she said they started doing it every month, and it just became painful to deal with them.
I challenged them as they said they do maintance at a healthy weight, that I’d been with them a long time, they had all my history and a lot of images, but the first pharmacist wasn’t having it, then another popped on and said yes it’s fine you’re a healthy weight, and approved, but then she added we will review again next month, and I thought I’m not doing this dance every month, multiple images and video calls.
I was genuinely very surprised by the whole thing, so I think I need to leave them, as it feels like they do offer maintence but not really, it’s up to the whim of the prescriber and the mood they are in that day,
