I’ve been getting Wegovy from Numan since last September and all is going brilliantly. They have now said that I need to renew my prescription and provide additional info. No problem except that every time I try, the system crashes. I have tried the online bot and just get told to reenter the data, tried phoning and get told to go online, etc. I can’t get through to them. Does anyone have any suggestions or do I give up and go elsewhere? I don’t know how difficult it is to change providers and I really don’t want to stop as I am finally losing weight successfully.
