Gallbladder issues are normally associated with rapid weight loss and drastic changes in diet.
I have gallstones already. Had them from doing an 800cal diet years ago I suspect. (On reflection 4 soups at 200cal each per day weren't ideal!). I went on MJ in Dec 24, I've declared I have gallstones to providers and have followed very slow weightloss guidelines to not make my gallstones worse.
I took 2.5mg for about 4 months, then increased to 3.75mg and finally now am at 5mg. I've lost just over 5 stone doing it this way.
negative side effects:
constipation to begin with, alleviated with drinking more water.
feeling sick if I didn't eat enough or had a bit of rubbish food in the first two days after jabbing - if I prioritise protein and veg then no issues.
now on 5mg, a headache if I don't drink a lot of water on the day after the jab (2lts).
Thats it!
positive effects:
Back ache gone
BMI reduced from 44 to 26
Can run up a couple of flights of stairs no issues
General aches and pains bogged off
No gallbladder grumbling at all (used to get it pre MJ no doubt due to crap diet)
Massively improved fitness and diet.
I took a few months to decide to start it as I had concerns about it too, but I decided slow and steady and incrementally increase as needed (not every four weeks as some people did regardless of need - although that was more prevalent at the start when it wasn't quite as popular, now people are more aware of not progressing up just because the pharamcg suggests it).
