Hi,
After struggling with my weight for several years since having a lot of ivf and 2 children, I have decided to give wegovy a go. I am just shopping around now for a provider and plan to start when I get paid at the end of the month.

Just wondering if anyone is in the same place for company on the journey. I weigh 104kgs and want to be 65. So a lot of weight to lose!

I was in a really similar place before starting Wegovy ❤️ I had a lot to lose and felt quite overwhelmed by the thought of it all. What’s helped me most so far is just focusing on small routines rather than the full amount I need to lose. The progress tracking and little check-ins through my medical service have actually helped keep me calmer about the whole thing too.

hi :) I sis my first injection yesterday evening. Don’t think I feel much different today but haven’t snacked today and feel like I’ve eaten quite a big meal when realistically was pretty small. Hoping for increase in appetite suppression in next few days. Aiming for 4.5 stone loss. I don’t think the full dose went in last night as the button had not gone all the way back to the start. It seemed I was holding the button down for ages but must need to do it longer.

I was in a similar place when I started. For me it’s been about small, steady changes like lighter meals and more walking rather than big changes. I’ve found it easier to stick to that than anything strict or overwhelming.
