Wegovy side effects - go ahead or no?

6 week anniversary of starting Wegovy tonight, having successfully taken 0.25 for 4 weeks, I went up to 0.5 last week and meant to have second dose at this level tonight.
I haven’t lost ANY weight this week (not done anything different) and I’ve got nausea and bloating, notably the last couple of days. Also had to take few short notice trips to the loo at the end of this week too (sorry if tmi!) Would you dose tonight anyway, or give it another couple of days?
I lost 7.5KG/16lbs in the first 5 weeks (but my BMI is insanely high. So that’s a drop in the ocean. Like a singular raindrop 🤣

I am on MJ but I had a week about the same time as you where I didn't lose anything. I got back to regular losing after that week. It's worth sticking with it.

Thank you, I think I’ll take it tomorrow - I know that will be 9 days but I couldn’t be any less hungry and I don’t want to feel quite so rough.

I had a very similar week moving up to 0.5 😅 loads of bloating, nausea and random toilet trips, then suddenly the scale stopped moving too which felt unfair after the first few weeks. Mine did settle after a bit though. I just kept meals really plain and simple for a few days.
