Which provider is everyone using?

I am considering changing provider due to issues mostly with their systems but its a pain each month so looking for alternatives.

I am currently on 10mg but likely to need to go up to 12.5mg soon.

I just want something thats straightforward to switch and easy to reorder. I last switched because my old supplier kept asking for photos to be uploaded and videos on the scales, im not sure if my account had an issue and im happy to provide it occasionally but something on my account seemed to keep triggering it and it was a pain to have to keep doing.

If anyone can recommend a good option that would be helpful

I'm currently ordering from SwiftDoctor who are usually at the cheaper end, they are doing a bank holiday £10 off discount at the minute too. They only asked me for photos etc once when I started with them. They are quick to deliver once your prescription is approved, and reordering is simple too.

I have heard people say good things about Pharmulous, and Medicine MarketPlace is usually the cheapest supplier without needing to get a new customer or referral discount. Not used either myself yet though.

Perfect thank you, will check these out

I’ve been with Cloud Pharmacy for about 6 months, ever since MedExpress abruptly kicked me out over my prescription list from my GP. Cloud have been easy to use, just put your current weight in the form when you reorder. I’m starting maintenance soon and no idea what they will be like for that.

Whoever is cheapest, I have moved multiple times and never stay for more than 2 orders (coming up to 15 months) . I looked at the price on med express for a 7.5 pen a couple of weeks ago and thought it was too expensive, couple of days later they sent me a 25% discount code. Had a delay from previous order as had ordered a bundle. Sent photos and explanation and all sorted. Raised a concern as had uploaded new photos on their system but not registered, managed to speak to a human who pushed the photos through the system and pen delivered the next day.

How do you find regularly moving? Are there suppliers that are easier than others? I did consider this to save money but some of them have a lot of delays and hoops to jump through but im wondering if its easier as they all seem to have issues after a while anyway so maybe those extra photos and videos are worth it to save.

I'm using Pharmacy2u. I'm moving up to 7.5 in about 2 weeks. I've lost 6 kg so far.

JabbaJibba · 20/05/2026 11:44

Never had a problem with moving. I just open the monj.co.uk page sort by price and go down the list until I've got to a supplier I've not used before and start the process. It's a pain with photos sometimes, but to save me £30/£40 and sometimes more, happy to do it.

It's also helped me build up a bit of a stock pile as have been on 5 since Feb but wanted to make sure I had the old pens so I can use the 5th dose still. And looking at the higher dose pens to then count the clicks.

HappyWineDay · 20/05/2026 12:46

I've used Medicine Market Place since last August. Every time I order I get an automated email asking me to provide additional information, which when I follow the links asks for a video etc. However, I've always ignored this and the prescription has always been issued, so I'd presumed this was because I was an existing, not new, customer.
This did change just this month, when I did have to provide a new video, but it appears this is because they've moved to a completely new website and all my order history has disappeared (they say they have it in an "archive"). So I'm hoping that by next month it will all be back to normal and very simple - "Has anything changed?" No, . "What do you weigh now" - this much. Prescription issued within 24 hours.
Other than this hiccough, I would recommend them.

This is helpful thank you. I did see that they were cheap but wondered what they were like. I may give them a go.

I think I might try moving a little more and getting better prices as any saving would be good at the moment.

I do the same as @JabbaJibba and move every month. A quick couple of photos and I've saved about £40.

morbidcuriosity · 20/05/2026 13:21

I moved around loads for the cheaper. Only ever had to do a video call once that was with oushk for maintence. Other than that they are all just pictures and id and proof of box.

boundtobe · 20/05/2026 14:02

I've bought from Asda, Chequp and in maintenance I am now with Getweightloss, although I'm not currently ordering new pens.

Asda regularly offer discounts and I can pick the medication up at my convenience. I had to do photos etc with Asda at the start and after six months. The others I have only done photos etc once.

Switching to save money is well worth it until maintenance then you do have to be a bit more savvy as some providers won't prescribe under a certain BMI.

I use Bolt pharmacy and have a discount code for £40 off (making 2.5mg £129) not sure about the rules on here for sharing though but happy to pass it on if it helps

You aren't allowed to share codes onIine, but also the new customer price for Bolt is about £20 cheaper than that anyway!

I use e-surgery and have since I started last May, but their prices are getting too expensive now so I'm going to change next time - I had a quick look this time but because I'm almost at my target weight finding a provider to switch to was harder as I didn't have a copy of my prescription etc.

DivaRainbow · 21/05/2026 12:12

Im with bolt pharmacy, but I change all the time to whoever is cheaper

Thanks, that’s why I hadn’t shared it. and it depends on whether you subscribe or do a one-time payment as to how much it is.

Can I ask who you switched to?

I have used med express, bolt and now lotus. I moved to lotus because they support maintenance and have an app with workouts. Recipes and community of people. They also offer a loyalty scheme and offer some money off with points or with bundles/after so many orders. I like the idea that if I was to come off and then want to go back on I can even if my BMI is under 25. I have a code of course, however you can go via monj to make the first order saving. I have only had to share photo on my first order, it was v easy to switch just a photo of last prescription. They have not yet informed my G.P.

I’ve been using a more straightforward women-focused online clinic alongside Mounjaro and it’s been much easier just reordering each month without the faff. It’s felt a bit more streamlined and less stressful overall, which has helped me stay consistent alongside small changes like walking more and cooking at home🙂
