chuffed to bits just tried on and could do up a size 12 pair of shorts. Couldn’t tell you the last time I was a 12.
about me ..been on WLI for a year lost 3.5 stone so far another stone to go always felt my journey wasn’t really going anywhere but stuck with it as a pound a week was coming off (sometime only half but every little helps). But when you can do things like do up a size 12 it feels sooo good.

Well done! Slow and steady is a really healthy way and you're so close to goal now.

Thank you I can defo see the difference now I’d just advice people to do their own journey and grab the wins when they happen.

Yes, my trousers are now a 32” waist, I was wearing 40” waist when I started this journey. It’s an amazing feeling, being able to buy modern styles and look good (well, relatively 😂)

Well done you enjoy the new clothes I’m enjoying the freedom I feel buying things I like not that covered my body. I mean I’ve had 3 kids and will never be a toned 20 year old again (46 years Young for context ) but wow a smaller size feels worth it
