Has anyone ordered their repeat prescription from MMP since they changed to their new website? I've been with them for about 10 months and have had a very simple procedure for reordering every month, just select the MJ and confirm nothing has changed since last month. However, with their new website, my order history has gone and, having placed my order, it is now asking for a video of my current weight etc etc, all the things I went through for my first order, before it is processed.
What a pain! Has anyone else had to do this since their website changed over?

You might have just been lucky as I've been using them for several months and every month after I place the order I get the email to complete the additional information, including the video and picture on the scales. The annoying thing for me is that my camera doesn't flip when using their new form, so I have no idea if the picture I take is actually showing my weight on the scale! I stick with them because of the price, but it is annoying when most prescribers want this information every 3-6 months.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I too always got that immediate automated email, but every time I ordered, before I got round to doing the video I received the "order has been despatched" notice. I concluded that email went out whether you were a brand new customer or an established patient. It doesn't seem to have happened this time though.

That might be it - I always prep everything for the additional info form in advance so fill it in within 15 minutes of ordering. I might try not filling it in next month and see if it still gets approved.

When I ordered there was a message on the website saying everyone had to complete a full new consultation for their first order on the new site (thus why they are taking longer to dispatch) - not sure if this is still showing as a quick check shows the message about delays now.

I ordered from them last month easily, then this month it was the new website and my data kept clearing and having to be re-entered, so I gave up and ordered from Lotus instead. The discount price was similar to MM and Lotus apparently (I haven't re-ordered yet so don't quote me) give you lots of points so you effectively get an ongoing discount.

I have been ordering from MM for nearly a year without issues. However I placed my last order just over a week ago and the money was taken off straight away, but I've not had anything about delivery. I'll need to chase them up as I don't want to run out of product.

I was speaking to a friend today and due to their delays she missed her jab on Friday. I'm due to order next week. But I have spare pens so not a disaster if there's a delay.
