Plenty of people respond differently to each one, so Mounjaro not working for you doesn't automatically mean Wegovy will be the same.

It’s unusual for Wevovy to work better than MJ but not impossible.

Were you religiously calorie counting and eating in a calorie deficit on MJ?
What dose did you go up to? Did have zero suppression?

I don’t have PCOS myself, but what’s helped me is keeping things simple and realistic. I’m using Mounjaro through a medical support service and the guidance there has helped me stay focused on small habits like portions, regular meals and light movement rather than trying to be perfect.

I used Wegovy for 3 months and hardly lost anything. I still felt hungry and although I didn’t have food noise as such I did feel hungry. I thought it would take the hunger away. I used both 0.25 and 0.5 doses.

I was on Mounjaro before and didn’t really get on with it, so I switched to Wegovy through my medical service. It’s been a bit more gradual for me, but still steady. I mainly just use the regular check-ins and the app for tracking, nothing too complicated. I focus more on simple meals and smaller portions day to day.
