My pen has locked!

I have three weeks left and I’ve just gone to insert and it won’t go in and appears locked! Is there a way to fix this or do I need to ask for a replacement pen?

Change the needle. (Put it on straight so the the inner needle doesn't bend.)

Yep, agree. If this is a Mounjaro pen, new needle and then check that it primes ok.

You could buy those needles people were using to get the “bonus dose” out.

Out of curiosity, why would anyone use an old needle in an injection?!? It is a risk to get an infection.

No one has suggested using an old needle @Sunnyskiesa ? The OP attached a new needle, it was incorrectly attached so she replaced it with a second new needle.

As in a second new needle. Obviously I’d never use a needle more then once!
