Mounjaro and alcohol

This is the beginning of my third week and Mounjaro. I’ve lost5lb sofar which I’m happy with. Appetite suppression has been good and it’s taken away the Urge to snack. However I had hoped it would curb the craving for alcohol too as I’ve read this is common, but that’s not happened so far.

I’m still on 2.5 so has anyone experienced lack of interest in alcohol as the doses go up?

I’m always surprised how clear cut people’s experience has been with with things like this, for me it changes week to week, in this context some weeks I will have very little interest in alcohol, some I might have interest but get nasty SEs, others I want to drink more and manage it. I never quite know what’s going to happen each week I vaccinate and I’ve been on it while now!
