I’ve got 5mg pen, how much do I extract for a full dose please. Can’t work it out. I got the 1ml needles an it was 0.6 for 2.5 pen, is it the same? Thank you very much

Do you mean you’re using a syringe to extract the golden dose and want to check how many ml to extract?

All the pens are 0.6ml per full dose with 3ml in the pen in total (although the total ml in the pen will be reduced with the newer style pens being released this month)

Is there a reason you can’t use the pen itself?

Anyway, a full dose from any strength pen is always 60 clicks or 0.6ml. So for a 5mg dose from a 5mg pen, you’d need to extract 0.6ml. On a 1ml syringe that will be marked as 60 units.

Extract 0.6mls to get 5mg from a 5mg pen.

If you wanted 2.5mg from a 5mg pen extract 0.3mls.

So I was taking .2.5 out for the first the 3.75 as was nervous about going to 5 so I’ve used all the needles that come with it

And I was doing that by counting clicks

Forcing the pen worked for me then I could do a 5th jab from the pen without needing a syringe.

This is useful if you're using higher dose pens for smaller doses. Tells you clicks or units you need if using 1ml/100unit syringes.
