On holiday. Forgot a needle

I’m such an idiot. Packed my pen carefully in a frio bag and currently in Antalya. Just realised I forgot to pack a needle. Due to jab on Thursday and I fly back on Sunday night, landing early Monday morning

Will it matter too much if I’m 4 days late and/or should I carry on with my normal Thursday jab?

I'm going shopping tomorrow so wondering if I can get a needle for my pen at a pharmacy here?

It should be easily available.

Monday will be fine. I done it late preciously when I had been on holiday

Thanks. I’ll wait until Monday. Don’t know if I’ll be going out today anyway. Woken up with the mother of all airplane colds today. Ugh!

Yep, jab on Monday then - if you particularly like/want Thursday as your normal jab day - you can work your way back to it over the next couple of weeks (rather than jabbing again after only three days).

When I jabbed a few days later than normal, I only used approx half my normal dose (2mg) then jabbed again the full dose (3.75mg) on my normal jab day. I click count normally so it was easy enough to do and seemed to work fine for me.

I missed a full week in Turkey last summer (we were on a yacht, no fridge and it was 40+) and for me it was fine. Carried on as normal the following week.
