Missed Mounjaro delivery by DPD, will the injection stay refrigerated?

Waiting for my first mounjaro jab to be delivered, DPD app showed running late then sorry we missed you, we’ll try again tomorrow. Will they keep it refrigerated? Customer service now closed :(
I did take screenshots so I have proof they didn’t try attempt delivery.

They wont but the package should include ice packs to stay cold

Don’t worry, you’ll be fine. This has happened to me - it was very stressful at the time.

But…the pen has an ice pack wrapped around it which is then encased in a wool insulation pack. It’ll still be really cold when they redeliver.

This has happened to me twice in the 3 and a half months I have been on MJ and I am still alive after injecting the stuff 😀
