How easy is it to count clicks?

I’m starting to plateau now on 2.5mg mounjaro, I want to go to 5mg but nervous as I really struggled with side effects. I’m thinking of maybe getting a 5mg pen working my way up to 5mg, is it really as easy to do as they say? Any guidance?

@Strowan19 Yes, you could take a dose on Saturday, I think a lot of people adjust the day they take a dose so that they don't have to take the pen with them when away. Although many people just take the pen with them, as an open pen doesn't need to be refrigerated.
