Are there any good podcasts which talk sensibly about wli without the click bait nonsense which seems so prevalent in the newspapers?

Good question. I'm interested in this.

Fern Brady and Alison spittle have a podcast, forget the name of it but it's on you tube. It's not specifically about mj, but Alison is using mj after being obese for a long time, they both speak honestly a nd openly about the use of WLI and the subject of weight in women, and about Fern trying to obtain it whilst not overweight. It's a interesting listen
Eta, it's called ignore that feeling, and the episode is why don't you use the word fat

The Hunger Games - Dr Giles Yeo. About development of WLI and the future.

On The Pen is a good weekly podcast about the latest news in WLIs. It's very US focussed, but does have a lot of good info.
I also listen to Weight Loss Decoded - GLP Edition. Again, it's from the US, so can be a bit over the top, but Sharon Polsky has some good guests on, so there is some good info. Various episodes on weight training and GLP, menopause and GLP etc

Was going to say this- Giles Yeo is an excellent presenter and professor of molecular neuroendocrinology at Cambridge so about as expert as you can be.

Take a look at Ben Bikman on YOuTube, he covers the science behind how and why they function really well.

This is an excellent video, almost an hour long, but well worth it.
