We have all been on for heading up to 20mths now- we gathered our courage and started what would be a memorable journey for us all - made some hopefully forever friends

Gather round my little auggies 😍 and we are all doing amazingly so be proud of yourselves

The amount of weight per person lost varies from 1-2stone - 3-4 - 5-6 - 7+
in a year

We are amazing !!!

All of us have totally changed our body shape - reduced our bmi and weight and hopefully improved our health
most of us are at goal - and working out how to maintain - some nearing it

And some still have weight they want to lose

We are still here cheering you on till you get to your happy weight so please do carry on posting

Some have stopped for cost - esp after the aug announcements - still so thankful we started it when we did
Imagine Aug 25 and being told 2/3w later prices were increasing lots

I def couldn’t have managed a year of mj at new sept prices esp as doses didn’t really effect me even 15 !

ALL of us have lost weight and I love the fact we are all so supportive to each other over weight and our general day to day lives

This next year will almost be harder.
To keep the weight off Esp if reducing dose or off completely - and we are finding it def harder to keep weight off with lower doses

only 2 words to say 😂😂

Still here.. still bouncing between 10.7 and 11 stone so happy with this.. my major supression i had and the fact I jabbed a day late didn't effect anything. I feel absolutely fine now, eating normally again. Don't know what happened last week but im all good.
Only thing I think im a bit constipated now, taken a laxido but I dont want to take too many as working over the weekend. . Fingers crossed for some relief in the morning.

NippyNinjaCrab · 01/05/2026 20:16

@morbidcuriosity that's brilliant! I would be so happy to go between that once I reach the 11st original goal again. I am also a tad struggling in the loo area so I need to get some dates xx

Ah some relief. Lol..

Little thought I had i thought id share here as my fellow weight loss stranger buddies..

At work talking about weight and food etc usual work chatter and someone had sweets and giving them out and a few girls were saying oh I shouldnt im on a diet or no im trying to lose weight etc.. and for the first time in my life I didn't have the crushing thoughts of I should diet and I I really need to lose weight.. it was a good feeling that technically im not on a diet nor need to go on a diet..

I still declined the sweets as I had a kit kat lined up for later.. lol.

NippyNinjaCrab · 02/05/2026 15:12

I love this! @morbidcuriosity I felt the same last year but then just ripped the hole out of it and put on a stone between June and February (i think) When did i moan i was weight gaining @Blondeshavemorefun

Anyway it is a fab feeling, i am back in the 12 clothes and another wee half stone will be just nice xx

PoemsForTea · 02/05/2026 16:29

Love that you had a kitkat lined up #superior

Blondeshavemorefun · 02/05/2026 18:26

Is is the end of the world if on it for life

OP posts:
morbidcuriosity · 02/05/2026 18:40

I did @PoemsForTea I had been looking forward to it all day! haha, sad I know.,. but previous me would of had 2 that morning then that one for lunch.

NippyNinjaCrab · 02/05/2026 21:36

Was it an original Kit Kat or a chunky? @morbidcuriosity

I dont think there's any problem being on it for life apart from damage to the bank balance 😂😂
It's a medication, if its for life well so be it. Xxx

Blondeshavemorefun · 03/05/2026 09:39

Yes the bank balance is the issue

OP posts:
morbidcuriosity · 03/05/2026 11:47

was a 2 finger kit kat.. Im not a fan of the chunky ones!

Oh god, if the price was still the same as before august I would be staying on this stuff forever, i honestly love it.. this is why im still on 10mg and delaying coming down as I feel so good, can eat what I want, have no food noise and no cravings, only side effects i get are my own fault and sometimes get a bit constipated.. less fibre and water , I pay for it!!

Blondeshavemorefun · 03/05/2026 12:45

If only eh @morbidcuriosity. But I know I can cope on 5. I did for months. It was the 2.5 that broke me

so I need to get back to 5. And ideally take it from a 10 pen so halving the cost

just make sure I order every 7w

guessing the pens will eventually be for 4/8w if half dose when no golden dose

the pens they send out are all short use by dates as obv getting through their old stock so think mine was 4mths and October

OP posts:
morbidcuriosity · 03/05/2026 13:01

I think I've gone back to my original plan of when I get a new 10 pen then I will do 5 weeks of 8mg. But , now I know this gets a lot of hate, im looking at reta..

Blondeshavemorefun · 03/05/2026 14:01

Oh yes they hate micro-dosing

you don't admit to it

I’ve been managing to be quite active lately. Noticing that ny limitation is my joints and back and noT my heart and lungs. I can feel that moving in this body is easier and definitely less taxing.
