Morrisons pharmacy are asking if I now want to come off- target reached.
I’m maintaining weight on 2.5mg every 2 weeks.
Over my dead body will I stop it.

Who are you using for maintenance?

I’ve been with Oushk all the way through with no issues. On their website they offer 3 plans depending on how you want to maintain, conti, taper and flexi. seems like they’ve thought about this. I haven’t moved properly onto maintaining yet as I’m not quite sure how I want to approach it. I suppose I’m doing my own version of taper. Might be worth a look though. Monj.co.uk have a list of suppliers who offer maintenance.

I'll be using Pharmulous. Their prices are reasonable, close but not quite cheapest, but their maintenance policy is good and they're known for veins flexible and listening to you and working with you. They'll allow you to try going it alone for up to 12 months and will represcribe (2.5mg) even if you're still maintaining when you want to return.

Swift Dr are very similar abd only a few £ difference between the 2.
