Mounjaro/collagen

Im currently taking mounjaro and keep being advised to take collagen alongside, I'm looking at the myprotein collagen capsules, reviews are good but has anyone got any experience with these? Or can recommend another brand?

If you are taking collagen the capsules contain very little mg compared to powder.

Whether collagen “works” or not, opinion is very mixed.

Most brands are very similar, if you decide to try I would go for one that is hydrolysed and independently tested, then look for deals and compare how much £ per mg to decide.

Collagen is just protein… if you get sufficient protein from your diet you don’t need expensive collagen.

I've just started using Nutrition Geeks Collagen Glow Up powder. I add it to my morning coffee and can barely taste the difference. It has a big nose of collagen plus 12.5g of protein, which is a win on mounjaro.

I've never taken it or protein powder of any kind as if you get enough from proper food you don't need it. It's quite processed so I've just avoided it.

I don't get enough protein from my diet hence why im asking about collagen. @PearlsTeapot I've heard good things about nutrition geeks so will have a look at that, thank you
