I’m back in all my ‘thin clothes’ for 20 years, at a huge storage inconvenience in the loft.

Now too scared to get rid of the ‘fat clothes’ 😂

I like the “hope couture” response underneath the highlighted one.

I have got rid of all my large clothes and all of the bags of various sized clothes that I had in the loft. It’s a great relief that it’s all gone. I just have what’s in my wardrobe and that all fits, as of now, no hope couture left!

This is why we need the laughing emoji back!

Another vote for hope couture. Having cleared out size 20, 18, 16 and a load of 14 I am left with some now and some hope.

Hope couture 😂 love that!

TreesOfGreen99 · 02/03/2026 17:45

Love that!

Not “Hope Couture”
for me, but I amass art supplies as
I love buying that stuff and I like to think it will make me paint again and give me talent.

I have made a point of getting rid of all fat clothes each time I have dropped a size so that I can’t live in denial if I start gaining weight again.

fancytoes · 02/03/2026 19:27

Curses, in my mirth I mis-highlighted - bad red line drawing - forgot the bottom bit! But yes Hope Couture is exactly what it is.

What is it called if I keep all the fat clothes…? I WILL get rid of them!

😂hope couture, I like that!!
I have previously kept all the clothes in all the sizes because I always regained but this time I am determined to keep it off and have thrown out all the too big clothes. If I do start to regain I don't want to make it easy for myself to just grab a bigger size from the back of the wardrobe, I hate clothes shopping so it might help me stay on track!

Wallywobbles · 03/03/2026 07:31

Sadly I threw away them all away just before starting my journey.
I've kept all the size 18-20 because I have very little doubt I’ll end up there. And my lovely DD1 might too.
