Fat Necrosis of the breasts... due to quickly loosing weight.

I am 67 and thought l had breast cancer.. but turns out it's Fat Necrosis..(Fat necrosis is a benign (non-cancerous) condition where fatty tissue is damaged, often forming firm, sometimes tender, lumps. Most commonly occurring in breast tissue, it is caused by trauma, surgery, or radiation therapy, resulting in damaged fat cells being replaced by scar tissue or oil cysts
. It typically resolves on its own without treatment).
I haven't had any of the above .. but the specialist seems to think it's because I've lost a lot of weight very quickly ( mounjaro) and my huge breasts are now very saggy.
I have on average about 30 in each breast.. ranging in size from a pea size to a plumb.
They have caused bruising on the outside and my breasts are both painful and tender.
At first l did " pop" some
. it was like popping bubble wrap.. but l have now left them all alone.. l am seeing the specialist again in three months..
Anyone else with this condition? Anyone had theirs drained.. Anyone any advice?
Thankyou.
.

How alarming that must have been! Is it what a well known model suffered with? Was it Linda Evangelista?

I was thinking of this- amazed I remembered her name!
Failed cosmetic procedure and lawsuit
In September 2021, Evangelista explained why she had withdrawn from public life and not been working. Five years previously she had undergone the cosmetic fat removal procedure cryolipolysis, under the brand name CoolSculpting, but the [clarification needed] procedure resulted in paradoxical adipose hyperplasia (PAH). Evangelista initiated legal action against CoolSculpting's owner Zeltiq Aesthetics, a subsidiary of Allergan,[200][201] seeking $50 million in damages for emotional distress and lost income.[202][203] Evangelista settled the case in July 2022.[204]
