A warning. I applied for a mounjaro pen, the money was taken from my account. They now say I'm not eligible for the dose I asked for and are now refusing to refund me. When they turned me down, I went back to my previous supplier. I wanted to switch due to cost. They've issued my pen no problem.

Buyer beware. I've told them I will take it further! So annoyed 😠

My mum also had problems with them taking money when they shouldn’t - because they refused to supply her and then the next month they took money!

That is not on. Since they have literally not sent you the product you paid for you can surely go via your credit card or debit card to get the money back. I would push harder first and tell them you'll do that if necessary.
