Been on MJ since 1st Nov. 9lb till target but think will go a few lbs under. 9st is around BMI 21/22 I think. Would like to be around 8 stone 9 I think.

Going back up to 3.75mg this week, went down to 2.5mg as had been ill after xmas with sinusitis which made me so sick. Hopefully that will kick start the last bit of weightloss.

I need to take some current photos to do some comparisons. Some days I feel slim, others not so much. Its a strange journey.

Yes I like the Shotsy app, its been useful for me deciding if I want to go up, or spread doses out differently.

I am definitely more hungry after going back down but still losing weight at a decent rate so I may hold off and stay on 2.5mg for now.

Some really amazing losses on here! I love a graph, I also keep my own spreadsheet and compare my projected loss to what I have lost.

I put in 2lb a week on my spreadsheet, the loss happened quicker for first 2 months but now only about 1/2lb more than my projection overall. This is really reassuring as actually people go on about everyone losing weight too quickly on WLI but in fact its mostly that on a normal diet it is so hard to sustain the calorie deficit over a long period of time, plus everyone has it in their heads that 1-2lb is maximum healthy weight loss per week, when it is actually up to 1% loss so for people with a lot to lose this is significantly more than 2lb.

I've lost 1st 3lbs since early November on Wegovy. My weight stalls for weeks at a time in spite of deficit and carefully using a calorie counter, and weighing everything. That is the reason I chose Wegovy. Keeping to the low calories needed to lose weight, particularly during this wet winter where running outside was so uninviting, was horribly difficult. Wegovy is not a short cut or a cheat, instead it helps us to be conscious of what we are doing and what works. When I was younger I could lose weight on a reasonable amount of calories. In spite of getting fit, and being active, losing an ounce is painfully slow and so miserable, so Wegovy is wonderfully helpful. The measuring tape showed changes before the scales did, and my old old clothes are beginning to be wearable again. A very positive experience so far, and I've stuck with the lowest dose of 0.25 as it works fine for me. Good luck to everyone, and my advice is, don't worry about the plateaux, just keep going and don't be disheartened.
