Has anyone managed to shrink their bust?

I've been on MJ for 5 months, have gone down from 18.5 to 15 stone but my 40hh bra size is not shrinking at the same rate as the rest of me.

For anyone who's been on this journey longer with a similar figure, did yours catch up? Is there anything I can do or do I just need to be patient? I can't afford a breast reduction.

I’ve lost seven inches off my bust. I have implants, so they still look big, just not as huge as they did then! (This seven inches will be my own breast tissue and back fat!) I am looking to have my implants exchanged for much smaller ones and hope I won’t need an uplift! I want to be a member of the itty bitty titty committee again (I had my implants done when I was young and my mindset has changed since then. I now think they look too big for my frame, having lost four stone).
I think it really depends on your body composition and where you tend to store fat. For me, my arms have been the last area to show an improvement. I would definitely recommend exercise. Get some dumbbells to use at home and go onto You Tube to get some workout videos.

I'm excited to get back to an H cup (now 32HH down from 36JJ) because there are many more bra options available. Would be even more exciting to be a G where still more ranges stop!
Meanwhile Bravissimo Niya is my holy grail of bras, the shape and support is insane, and it's a smooth plunge so can wear with anything.

I am watching this thread with interest , a 36 G and am a bit tired of it, so far i have lost some on the back so will soon be in a 34 but i would happily go back to a DD .

I’m nearly at goal now. It’s only recently that I’ve gone down from a 34GG to 34G. TBH I was probably in reality bigger than 34GG before starting MJ as I was spilling out at the top and sides. Measurements show I’ve lost 7 inches!! Tops are down from a 16 to a 12 or L to M or sometimes S.
So, hang on in there as I’ve been on this journey since October 24 and have only just gone down a bra and swimsuit size. The swimsuit was first - gaping at the sides.

I started at 40H, now four stones down and in 38E. Two more stones to go.

Mine have shrunk so much, they are teeny tiny now but it didn’t happen untill I was about bmi 23

Oh and they we really big before
