Recommendations for Maintenance

I’ve been with Oushk since I started MJ. One of the main attractions at the start was it seemed to be one of the few providers that offered a maintenance program. I don’t do social media so I wasn’t interested in any of that side of it. Now I’m thinking of moving to maintenance, has anybody got any recommendations for the best pharmacy to go with? Good price, a simple to navigate website, and efficient delivery are what I’m looking for. Or am I already there with Oushk?

I use Swift and I’d say they meet all of those requirements.

Thank you @SilenceInside for the recommendation .

I'm with Oushk. Same as you I went with them initially as they offered maintenance and I knew I wanted to stay on. I've always been happy with them, they come straight back to be when I have a question. I didnt join their social media platform as I didnt need it with mumsnet. I had an initial video maintenance consultation and then they gave me 3 months of discounts. Now I need to complete an online consultation rather than video call to get another 6 months discounted. All good so far 😊

I'm with oushk but pharmulous are another popular maintenance pharmacy and they have a free 12 months plan where you can be represcribed at any time once you come off it. Oushk charge 15 a month for it.

It's 25 off per month when on a maintenance plan with oushk. Frequently they have 1p delivery offers on too so you can combine and you get oushk reward points per order.

I’ve just signed up to Get Weight Loss having been with SheMed for 12 months. I’m on 5mg MJ for maintenance and they have the cheapest cost who would also let me move to them with a healthy BMI.

Thanks @hancl84. I haven’t realised they offered a discount for maintenance. It’s good to hear that you’ve been happy with them. Can I ask how long you’ve been in maintenance? Do you foresee doing indefinitely? I assume you currently continue to use a WLI. I imagine that will be the case with me, although hopefully a very low dose eventually. I see they also offer a plan to come off completely but retain the option to go back on if needed. I’m not ready yet, so I’m not quite sure how it’s going to work out.

I am new to maintenance, I've only been officially maintaining for 2 months but I reached my goal in early November so I've been trying to find my new normal since then. When I started on MJ I knew it would have to be forever for me. I've lost a large amount of weight (through weight watchers and mainly slimming world) 5 times now over the last 20 odd years. I always regain it. I had been seriously overweight for a few years and I just couldn't keep disciplined at slimming world this time round. When I heard about the WLI I just decided to go for it, with the understanding that it would be life long. Like you I liked that Oushk offered different options, so if I do decide to come off I have the option to go back on. I know they charge a fee for that, which is annoying, but I feel better knowing they've had my entire MJ journey and history. I couldn't bare to lose access to it, it has literally been life changing. I hope in the future to move over to the daily tablets if that's an option. There seems to be so much progress in the field, and clearly a lot of people are having success, so I hope it continues to become increasingly accessible for those who want it.

I am with Oushk. I am using up my stockpile then if i need to, later in the year I will order a pen. I am on the flex plan. I didn't want to pay monthly really, but they seemed to be the most flexible manitenance provider and I have no pressure to purchase a pen to stay on their records so to speak.

TheChosenTwo · 11/02/2026 21:20

I’ve been with Oushk from the beginning too, never seen their social media, hear too much about Hira or whatever her name is on here as it is! I’ve just been with them since the beginning because when I signed up it was the only one people were saying that you could choose a delivery day with.
I’m going to book my maintenance this month, I’ve been at this weight on this dose for about 4 months and am happy where I am. I just keep reordering my pen but haven’t actually sorted out ‘maintenance’ really. I mean I guess I’m maintaining and I think my plan is to just keep reordering so not sure I really need to move on to a maintenance plan ?!

Thanks everyone for the advice and suggestions. I’ve also now found the maintenance thread so I’m working my way through that.
