Anyone else unlucky enough to suffer with middle of the night diarrhoea?
if so, did anything help?

In the early days and after going up to 5mg I did once or twice. For me it was eating too late (or too soon before going to bed) and specific trigger food, in my case (oddly) caramelised onions.

Immodium helped but I'd usually take it in the morning.

Working out if there's a pattern to it, in terms of specific food and/or when you eat, is the best long term solution but anti-diarrhoea meds do help.

Thanks for the reply.
mine is also on 5mg .
would taking Imodium before bed tonight help?

I mean, you're supposed to wait until you have symptoms before taking it but if you're consistently having issues then maybe? You want to be careful you don't create a problem in the opposite way though!

What are you eating? Mostly these gastro effects are from eating food that’s either higher in fat or spicy. Are you sticking to low fat foods or just eating a bit less of a ‘regular’ unhealthy diet

@ToriMounj I’m eating all the correct food, calorie counting, exercising and drinking 2l of water as a minimum daily

Happened to me when I first went up to 5, it was horrible and really made me think I couldn’t continue, but I dropped down to 4 for the next dose and it stopped even when I then went back up to 5 a couple of weeks later. No problem since, so I think it was just the jump in dose that did it to me.
In my case, it didn’t seem to be related to what I ate or drank.
