What is the cheapest provider of Mounjaro since its price hike?

My provider switched me to WeGovy at the time and it’s rubbish in comparison!

Look on monj.co.uk for Mounjaro prices

Freecall · 09/02/2026 12:23

When you say "My provider switched me to WeGovy" presumably that is what you ordered?

Head over to monj.co.uk for the cheapest deal but you may have issues with your treatment history if you moved away more than a few weeks ago.

Get a drip is the cheapest at £101 this month. https://monj.co.uk/discount-mounjaro-price-list/

I would just presume OP was with Shemed who made everyone on their fixed price 12 month plan move to wegovy as only option to stay at the agreed price. Many had no choice as they were tied in and couldn’t afford the jump to what was being asked to stay on Mounjaro.

Exactly this! Thanks

Thank you- presumably people shop around all providers every month?

Not everyone but lots of people do yes. I did it 5 or 6 times but now just stick with Medicine Marketplace, they're reasonably priced and no fuss.

bugalugs45 · 09/02/2026 15:18

Depends on dose. Lots of deals ( £60 off etc ) on first orders.

I've had a nice experience with genmeds, they're a smaller provider but they provide a very good service and can book you in for video consultations very quickly, sometimes the same day. They have a very good discount for new patients but then also have recurring discounts for next orders, which is not something you always get with other pharmacies. You'd have to give them a ring though. I like to give the smaller providers a bit of credit because their service is usually much more personalised and obviously they have to be good on price too.

Whoever you go with, make sure you check that they have a GPhC registration and provide proper packaging/ice pack to keep the treatment cool.

I am with med express they at least price match but only one less that they match to is medicine market place. Its a bit of a help as it gives me 26 pounds off my next order. Its important to me to know delivery will be reliable and easy to order from. Although the price match reduction cant be used with another offer e.g. if I shared my £50 referral code for getting money off.I can't use that as well as my 26 pounds credit for the same order.

Which concentration are you one at the moment and how much do you typically pay? If you don't mind me asking?

I am on 2.4 Wegovy, but was on 10 Mounjaro…

I've heard many people just don't gel with wegovy the way the do with Mounjaro, Mounjaro works on two hormones GLP-1 and GIP while Wegovy targets only GLP-1, which generally makes Mounjaro more potent for weight loss.

If you are thinking of going back on mounjaro, genmeds has a very speedy service and £40 first time orders, they also have recurring discounts for future orders though I'm not entirely sure what the recurring discount amounts are atm, if you want to be a little cheeky you can add the product the basket and not check out, some providers will send you a discount to your email , not everyone does but I think genmeds will do 😁, you can try this with others as well. Apparently it works
