Headaches on WLI

I have just started on WLI (wegovy) and I've had barely any side effects, but have noticed a low level headache which has definitely got worse today (only day 3).
Is this common, and if so is there anything that helps? I'm hydrated enough, and paracetamol hasn't helped. Do I need to eat more? Is it withdrawal from sugar (I haven't eaten as much, which was the point!)?

I was also concerned a little that I take sertraline, and headaches was the main side effects going on that. I've heard coming off sertraline can have side effects - could the wegovy be slowing down the absorption of it?

Any tips on getting rid of the headaches would be appreciated either way :-)

Headaches can be common, are you tracking your calories to make sure you’re having enough?

I'm not, but I wouldn't say I've eaten loads less than usual. I've had a normal breakfast and lunch, with several snacks in between - smaller portions for sure. I find it hard to calorie count especially when I have to put in each individual ingredient for each meal then divide into portions etc as I make a lot from scratch. I have been tracking my meals in the Voy app though so it might be able to guesstimate for me x

Yes, I suffer from migraines and still get the occasional migraine within a couple of days of taking Mounjaro.

I think the WLI work by slowing the absorption of food and I’ve noticed that I need to drink even more fluid whilst on them otherwise, I risk getting headaches and horrendous constipation.

Might be worth discussing this with the person who prescribes sertraline for you? They might want to review the medication for a different variant or your current dose?
