Wegovy side effects, in particular dull ache in left side of back

The pharmacy where I get my wegovy has mentioned in the past that if I get a pain on my left side to go to the hospital. Its a dull ache really, and runs from lower back to half way up. I'm not sure if its related to wegovy at all or whether its the way I sit on the sofa, at an angle with my legs tucked to the side, essentially im slouching. Or it could even be the office chair I'm using at home. Ive had it for a few days. The pain, not the chair. Been on wegovy since October and averaging 1lb a week. Still have about 70lbs to lose.

I hate wasting time with professionals when's it not a 'bad' pain, just mildly annoying. I can have a couple of paracetamol. Just wanted opinions really.

They are concerned about gallbladder and pancreas pain as this is where it is located.

All I would say is that gallbladder pain is not a dull ache, it is absolutely awful. It's possibly a gastric pain which can be a side effect of glp1 meds. It can mimic mild gallbladder pain as I discovered after mine was removed.

But it doesn't mean you haven't got some kind of side effect which might get worse so I would get it checked out by your GP. If paracetemol helps it then it's not really something to go to A&E with. I wouldn't ignore it though just in case.
