Medexpress sharps bin?

Received my first delivery of mounjaro this week. Was told by email to expect a box containing the pen, some needles and a sharps bin.
Got the pen, got the needles but no sharps bin.
Emailed and was told they would deliver one.
New parcel today but it just contained more needles.
I'm a bit confused- what should I be getting?
What was delivered to you?
Have emailed again but keep looking in the box thinking....is the bin just the cardboard box?🤣

It's a plastic box about 6 " high?
