Dry skin

I’ll start by saying I don’t think this is a WLI-specific problem, as I had dry skin before. But I always thought it was probably because I wasn’t drinking enough. Fast forward to 7 months on MJ, where I’m glugging pints and pints of water a day, and the dry skin is still there! It looks even worse now I have looser skin and less fat to plump it out.
I moisturise my face, neck, lower arms, lower legs and feet. Are people really slathering creams over their entire body to help this?! Any tips?

Are you getting enough fat? I’m too lazy to put cream on my whole body every day. When I do I like the nivea quick absorbing one in the pump bottle. I also need to go back to using this a shower gel

I moisturise head to toe every day after my shower. Is it the areas you don't moisturise that are dry?

I bought some omega 3 capsules for dd who has eczema and ended up taking them too - within 3 days we both noticed significant improvement in feel of skin - might be worth a try?

Thanks for the replies! I already take an omega 3 supplement unfortunately. And yes it’s the areas I don’t moisturise …

Simple solution would be to just moisturise then, surely? Doesnt take long and will become habit once you feel how lovely and soft your skin is
