I’ve been on mj 2.5mg for 8 weeks. Steady but slowing weight loss, which now hasn’t budged in last 3 weeks. Neither have my measurements. I understand this happens and up to now I haven’t wanted to go up to 5mg as I don’t have any side effects & a maneagable appetite, so I have another 2.5 pen in the fridge ready to go. However I’m wondering if it might help to kickstart things a little if I increase frequency of this dose to every 5 days before ordering a 5mg pen next time. I know the medication has a half life of 5 days. But would it be safe/ effective to take this approach? I’m tracking food & not exceeding my TDEE, exercising well etc but def feel I’m using willpower a lot more & choosing less healthy options than I was at the start of this. I don’t want to be paying out for a medication that isn’t doing much and thus way could prep me for increasing dose to 5mg? I hear some people take 5mg split in two doses over a week so taking 2.5mg every 5 days would be similar to that?? Advice from long termers would be much appreciated. Thank you!
