Bolt help?

Ordered and approved but when I click on the 'track my order' link the page lists my doses dates and there is nothing in the 'my order' section? Has anyone else experienced this? Been scaring myself by reading the comments on their facebook page about not delivering, not refunding etc 🙈

It does odd things sometimes- have you had confirmation emails?

I have and they were super responsive asking and checking my enrolment details but now this...will keep an eye out for Royal Mail updates. I've also emailed bolt to ask about the lack of order details but nothing back yet

Ah got it sorted they sent a tracking number this morning x

All good then - once you get the tracking number it’s 24-48 hours so expect delivery before the weekend!
