Bolt pharmacy - dispatched last night and due to be delivered in 4-5 days

So I’ve been on Mounjaro since August, always used Pharmacy2U and been super happy with them. But thought I’d try Bolt this month as a great introductory offer of £80 off.

My 10mg pen was received by DPD last night at 8pm and the e-mail said it would be delivered today. Now there’s been a ‘problem’ and it’s due to be delivered on Mon or Tues - 4/5 days after dispatch.

Surely I have to refuse it, as depending on where it’s being stored it’ll either have frozen in that time due to these temperatures, or it’ll have become too warm. I have 3 doses left of my current pen so won’t be using it up in 30 days.

Anyone else had this?

Mine was dispatched Monday but due to the weather I didn't receive it until Friday so yesterday
The gel bag was still cold
So I've just put it straight in the fridge

I had exactly the same message from dpd yesterday - delay of 3 days. I'm with a different pharmacy. It was obviously due to the horrendous road conditions so no point in moaning. This morning, they've messaged to say it will be delivered this afternoon which seems fair enough.

@KrankyKumquatYep same thing has happened here! Had an e-mail this morning to say it’s being delivered today after all. Just collected it from the pick up point. So it must have been the extreme weather conditions, as you say.
